Air conditioner not working & Swing kept for show -Fell down

Though the suite rooms are beautiful and worth the money I was highly disappointed as whole night air conditioner wasn’t working .Called house keeping 5times and nothing worked out at last was tired and slept in a claustrophobic room without Ac cooling. Swing was the only thing which attracted me to stay in the hotel .Unfortunately i sat with excitement but fell down with disappointment . If u can’t maintain air conditioner and swing please don’t sell such rooms where it became a torture for me rather than a staycation. Rooms were stinking may be because there was paint happening on the floor. The best part was the balcony attached to the room but again felt claustrophobic with no ventilation. It was a nightmare for my family and I swear not to stay in such property ever.

Positive points.... 1. Good room size. 2. Good interior and comfortable beds. 3. Looby area spacious. 4. That's it....other than this everything pathetic. Negatives... 1. Horrible check in experience. 2. While checking in, I was asked for payment!!!!!! Never experienced this before. 3. Specifically asked for non smoking room, I was given assurance in big way....when entered room, it was having very strong odor of cigarettes. On complaining, I was assured room change but the reasoning was very poor. They said what do we do if someone smoke inside room. 4. They don't give you dental kit. 5. They force you to use only pre mixed Tea sachets as they have provided cattle. If you want to have coffee....you need to buy!!! 6. Breakfast....horrible. very few items and COLD sambhar on winter morning. Wow....on complaining they gave hot one but again illogical argument by them. Overall very poor experience and won't recommend this Hotel.

Decent hotel for stay rooms are good overall ambience average.. A bit away from Gunjan.. Food quality below par Breakfast spread very poor and lot of it looked stale ,no activity around in evening option if fortune galaxy not available

Arrived late night. No one guided me to room properly .Asked for bathroom slippers, house keeping mentioned not available. They took nearly 10 min to bring spoon. House keeping doesn’t lift phone. Need to call reception. Food quality is not at all good. If you wonder why 3 star, because hotel is spotless clean in spite it raining 🌧 heavily. Receptionist at night is very friendly.

One of the new property in Vapi serving business visitors. Hotel is neatly maintained and supervised by qualified staff. Rooms are specious and of standard size. Not all rooms have good view from window. Food is good with service. Recommend to book online for better deals.
